Welcome to Border Collies "Brains´n Beauty". We are a small but select kennels in Germany, nearby Wiesbaden and Frankfurt/Main.
We is: Annette Grammenz, born 1964 a retired auditor and Stefan Schmidt, born 1963 a television technician and shepherd. The crew is completed by our son Vincent, born 2006, all our dogs, sheep, cows, geese, ducks, rabbits, horses and the donkey named "Susie".
We run a small organic farm producing lamb and beef as well as geese, ducks and rabbits.
Our dogs are mainly workingdogs on our farm, some are also trialdogs or just being company.

The motto of Brains´n Beauty due to breeding is "the less the better". We do not produce Border Collies. Only one litter is born per year, maybe two (very seldom).
